Orders may be made through this website or by telephone. Payment methods include Visa/MasterCard/Direct Payment Card or Cheque. Please note payments made by cheque will not be processed until we receive payment.

DELIVERY INFORMATION AND TAXES

We ship all over the world!

Standard shipping rates: United Kingdom £5.50, Europe £8.50, rest of the world £9.50

Every order is shipped first class recorded delivery, which means that you will need to sign upon receipt of your order.

We are also able to organise special courier services upon request.

For customers whose products are being delivered outside the European Community, VAT will be deducted at the end of your transaction. However, please note that duty may be payable on arrival of the goods to your destination.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our goods, we are only able to exchange items that are damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we will reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

In the event of Scent Systems sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to scent systems within 30 days. Scent Systems reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Scent Systems confirms we will issue a replacement.
